신청한 날에 비가 오면 어떻게 하나요? | What happen if it rains on tour day

출발하기 전부터 비가오는 경우, 참가자의 의사에 따라 프로그램을 취소할 수 있습니다. 단, 출발 후 비가 오는 경우, 참가자들의 의사에 따라 우의를 입고 여행을 계속할 수 있습니다. 

If it rains before the tour starts, the program can be cancelled if members want. However, if it rains in the middle of tour, the program can be kept going with raincoats if members are okay.

저희 팀만을 위한 맞춤 프로그램도 가능할까요? | Customized programs are available?

물론입니다!
목적성이 강한 기업 및 단체의 투어 프로그램인 경우, 신청자의 요청사항에 맞는 맞춤 프로그램도 가능하며, 개인이나 가족의 프로그램에도 맞춤 프로그램은 가능합니다. 다만 이런 경우, 검증되지 못한 코스의 경우에는 투어시 현장에서의 변경사항이 많을 수도 있음을 미리 알려드립니다. 만약 코스에 대한 답사 및 검증이 미리 필요한 경우 추가비용이 발생할 수도 있습니다. 

Of course! If you have a specific purpose, we can design a customized program for your team, family or organization. Please note that unverified courses can have unexpected issues and changes during the tour. If fam tour is necessary, addtional fee might be charged. 

사진과 영상 촬영은 추가 비용이 드나요? | Additional fee is charged

가이드가 촬영하는 사진과 영상, 그리고 영상 편집은 투어 프로그램에 이미 포함되어 있는 서비스입니다. 그러므로 전혀 추가비용이 들어가지 않습니다. 다만 더 높은 품질의 사진과 영상이 필요해서 전문 촬영가와 편집가를 대동해야 하는 경우, 브롬투어와의 협의를 통해서 비용을 추가로 지불하시면 얼마든지 가능합니다. 

Photos and Video are already included in the program fee, which means no additional fee is needed at all. If you need better quality photos or videos for your special purpose, the method and price can be negotiable depending on your requests.

사진과 영상은 투어 후 언제, 어떻게 받을 수 있나요? | When can I see the Photos and Video?

사진과 영상은 투어가 끝난 후 3일 이후에 홈페이지의 [후기] 메뉴를 통해서 직접 확인 & 다운로드 받으실 수 있습니다. 따로 메일을 보내드리지 않으니 이 점 착오 없으시기 바랍니다.

You can see your Photos and Video on the menu 'Review' on this homepage 3 days after the tour. Please note that Any private email is to be sent for Photos and Video.
